This shop is operated by DnrKyc (“we”).

1. Balance top-ups

If you add balance to your account, you may request a refund only if all of the following apply:

• the request is made within 14 days of the top-up, and
• the top-up amount is more than €50

Refunds are paid back using a method we choose (often the original payment method), after we have checked the request.

Top-ups of €50 or less are non-refundable.

2. Crypto / delivered products

If you buy cryptocurrency and the crypto has already been sent / delivered, no refund is possible.

Blockchain transfers are final. Wrong wallet addresses are your responsibility.

3. Non-delivery

If payment was confirmed but we failed to deliver the product or crypto, contact us. We will complete the delivery, as appropriate.

4. How to request a refund

Email admin@dnrkyc.com with:

• order ID
• email used at checkout
• reason for the request

We may ask for more info to verify the request.

5. Legal rights

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law stay unaffected.
