2. What we sell

You pay in fiat (e.g. bank transfer or other methods we offer). We deliver cryptocurrency or a digital product as described on the product page.

We are not a bank and do not give financial advice.

3. Your responsibility

• You must be legally allowed to buy and use crypto where you live.
• You must enter a correct wallet address (or other delivery details). Wrong details are your problem; blockchain transfers usually cannot be reversed.
• After we deliver the crypto, it is yours. We are not responsible for what you or anyone else does with it afterwards (transfers, trading, storage, or any other use).
  

4. Orders & delivery

• Payment must be completed and confirmed.
• Delivery happens after payment is confirmed and may depend on networks and providers outside our control.
• We may cancel orders if we suspect fraud, abuse, or legal risk.
  

5. Refunds

Once crypto (or the digital product) is delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we failed to deliver after confirmed payment.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use this shop for fraud, abuse, or anything illegal under applicable law.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses from crypto price changes, blockchain delays, third-party services, wrong addresses you provided, or your use of crypto after delivery.
If we are liable, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Mandatory consumer rights stay unaffected.

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated version where the law allows.
